General

What is the minimum age?

BTFL Living only accepts applications from individuals who are 21 years of age or older.

Can I change my booking, for example to adjust the dates?

This is possible, provided the room is still available on those different days. Please contact us through the contact form.

Can I cancel my booking?

As a tenant, you do not owe cancellation costs until 5 days before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation from 5 days before arrival or later, the full rent is due. If the tenant does not arrive within 9 hours of the agreed arrival date and time without further notice, this is considered a cancellation. In that case, the tenant owes the full total amount. A request for cancellation of the reservation must be made in writing to BTFL Living.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

BTFL Living accommodations require a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation.

Can I make a reservation for myself with someone else's credit card?

Yes, you can, but only with the cardholder's permission.

I would like to book one (or more) night(s), is that possible?

With additional bookings you can do this through the website. If it is for the same day then you can contact BTFL Living and we can put the booking in the system. The payment of these extra night(s) can be made via Credit Card or via a payment request. Invoices of the bookings can be requested by e-mail.
