‘De Gulden Haze’ is our monument in the historic city centre, characterised by a rich history and restored with the greatest care and love. ‘De Gulden Haze’ was built in 1550 by a wine merchant and transformed by BTFL Living into Beautiful Suites & Apartments, all named after Italian wines for the ultimate La Dolce Vita experience in Antwerp.
‘Pastorij Sint Paulus’ is our Palazzo, hidden in the historic heart of Antwerp. Located next to the iconic Sint Paulus Church, this rare Mansion is where history, tranquillity and contemporary comfort come together. It breathes authenticity, with high ceilings, historical details and a serene atmosphere that contrasts with the vibrancy of the surrounding city. At the same time, the Mansion offers a unique opportunity for a short term stay at one of the most characterful locations in the city.

Brasschaat park was recognised as a heritage site in 2009. On the picturesque pond you will find the 19th-century Brasschaat Castle. A stone's throw away you will find 'Pendennis Castle'. BTFL Living welcomes guests here in 'The Ultimate', the most luxurious apartment in this unique project. The apartment is equipped with every possible luxury and has a living area of 200 m² and terraces all around of 75 m².

Our Amarone Office is perfectly suited for meetings, workshops, and team-building activities. The business suite features a large table where 6–12 people can meet comfortably in an informal and intimate setting.
The Amarone Office boasts high ceilings, authentic details, and beautiful windows while still offering complete privacy. This stunning office is located on the ground floor and has French doors that open onto a charming courtyard garden. Free Wi-Fi, a TV screen, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks are all included.
