BTFL Living places great value on the interior design of our suites and apartments as well as our Mansion. All residences provide everything you need for a truly enjoyable stay. Brasschaat

Brasschaat, a charming mundane municipality in the lee of Antwerp. The village, in an oasis of green, has many culinary options and a diverse shopping scene.
Brasschaat park was recognised as a heritage site in 2009. On the picturesque pond you will find the 19th-century Brasschaat Castle. A stone's throw away you will find 'Pendennis Castle'. BTFL Living welcomes guests here in 'The Ultimate', the most luxurious apartment in this unique project. The apartment is equipped with every possible luxury and has a living area of 200 m² and terraces all around of 75 m².

The atmosphere of the renovated castle and the modern buildings in the park garden form a unique location created by the BTFL Living Team.

Our Amarone Office is perfectly suited for meetings, workshops, and team-building activities. The business suite features a large table where 6–12 people can meet comfortably in an informal and intimate setting.

The Amarone Office boasts high ceilings, authentic details, and beautiful windows while still offering complete privacy. This stunning office is located on the ground floor and has French doors that open onto a charming courtyard garden. Free Wi-Fi, a TV screen, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks are all included.

By combining the Amarone Office with our luxurious suites, it becomes the ideal location for business gatherings.

Perfect and very central location with nice, non-touristy restaurants around the corner. Tasteful furnishings, a great apartment complex where you immediately feel at home! Parking garage within walking distance. Friendly communication and perfect key handover! I would definitely stay again.

Wat een fantastisch weekend om mijn 55ste verjaardag met mijn gezin te mogen vieren. Bij aankomst was het appartement prachtig versierd en stond er een fles champagne ijskoud op ons te wachten — een warm welkom dat meteen de toon zette. We zijn hier al eerder geweest, maar ook deze keer bewijzen ze weer dat service hier echt eindeloos is.
Het appartement is prachtig, ruim en comfortabel. In- en uitchecken verloopt super simpel en de locatie is perfect: midden in de stad en binnen drie minuten sta je op het plein. Een uurtje later uitchecken was totaal geen probleem, wat enorm werd gewaardeerd.
Een speciale dank aan Heidi, mijn contactpersoon — zij is echt een topper. Voor ons voelt dit appartement inmiddels als ons thuis in Antwerpen. En dan de binnentuin… die blijft wat mij betreft pure magie. Wij komen zéker terug.
